Some roles include a practical test so we can see how you actually work. Not every role has one.

You receive the task, its instructions and the deadline through official channels. You complete it on your own. We review the result together with your interviews and experience, never on its own. The hiring decision then follows.

When a test is used

• The role involves hands-on or technical work.

• Interviews alone are not enough to judge the skill.

• Several candidates meet the basic requirements.

Types of test

စစ်ဆေးမှု အမျိုးအစားများ

• A practical task or assignment, timed or take-home

• A technical or functional test, common for IT, operations and finance roles

• A problem-solving case based on a work situation

• A work simulation, where it applies

Complete the test independently. Test materials are confidential, and the work you submit is used only to evaluate your application.
