Confirm your interview, arrive on time, and tell us early if a real emergency stops you from attending. Missing an interview without notice ends your application.
အင်တာဗျူးကို အတည်ပြုပါ၊ အချိန်မှန်ရောက်ပါ၊ အရေးပေါ်ကိစ္စကြောင့် မတက်နိုင်ပါက စောစီးစွာ အကြောင်းကြားပါ။ အကြောင်းမကြားဘဲ ပျက်ကွက်ပါက လျှောက်လွှာ ပယ်ဖျက်ခံရပါမည်။

After you receive an invitation there are three possible paths. The expected path is to confirm and attend on time. If a medical emergency or unavoidable matter stops you, ask to reschedule as early as possible and give an honest reason. If you miss the interview without telling us, you are removed from this recruitment.

Attending

• Confirm your attendance when asked.

• Check the date, time and format in your invitation.
  ဖိတ်ကြားစာပါ ရက်စွဲ၊ အချိန်နှင့် ပုံစံကို စစ်ဆေးပါ။
• Arrive or join on time and prepared. Arriving late or leaving early can affect your evaluation.
  အချိန်မှန်ပြီး ပြင်ဆင်ထားပါ။ နောက်ကျခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် စောစောထွက်ခြင်းသည် အကဲဖြတ်မှုကို ထိခိုက်နိုင်ပါသည်။

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is possible only for valid reasons such as a medical emergency or an unavoidable personal matter. Ask as early as you can. Approval depends on interview availability and is not guaranteed. Rescheduling several times can affect the hiring decision.

Missed interviews

Missing an interview without notice removes you from the current recruitment and can reduce consideration for future roles. Repeated no-shows can lead to permanent disqualification.
