Every hire at Win Central follows the same five steps: Apply, Screen, Interview, Offer and Hire. All steps are managed through our careers portal.

Step 1, Apply: you submit your application and CV online. Step 2, Screen: our hiring team reviews your profile against the role. Step 3, Interview: shortlisted candidates meet the team, and some roles include a skills test. Step 4, Offer: the selected candidate receives a written offer. Step 5, Hire: you join the team and begin probation.

Step 2 · Screening

Applications are reviewed against the role requirements, your skills and experience, and whether your documents are complete. Only shortlisted candidates move to the next step.

Step 3 · Interviews and assessments

Depending on the role, this can be a phone or online screening, one or more interviews, and a practical skills test.
